She is a effective, highly motivated self-starter with “hands on” experience in restaurant and banquet management. Pam’s expertise encompasses recruitment, assesing, supervising and training staff. Pam’s practical experience encompasses staff scheduling , bartending, food service/presentation, fine dining, banquet operations, meeting rooms, inventory control, checklists, standards and housekeeping. She has a strong background in Guest relations.

In 1994 Mr Hecht founded AchieveGlobal/Learning Systems Polska, a leading provider of management and sales training in Poland and in 1995 Ari set up the Polish office of Hewitt Associates, one of the worlds leading Compensation, Benefits and HR outsourcing consultants.
