Staffer Training Solutions is rolling out a research based method for training and certification of hospitality and food and beverage professionals. The training system last for 3-12 months depending on the candidate. The 3 level system certifies service workers to the highest standards of service. This certification enables them to achieve higher wages and greater career prospects in the industry as well as work opportunities abroad.

In addtion to providing access to the registered users of our unique Staffer online scheduling and staffing platform, the redesign will provide job seekers the opportunity to apply online and take screening tests for Food and Beverage servers.
After finishing MA in English from Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz, Ilona studied business under the Erasmus Exchange program in Lituania.
