Staffer Hospitality’s unique Service System, enables clients to enjoy custom-tailored human resources solutions in the areas of food & beverage, banqueting, housekeeping and business center staffing that ensure services are delivered to in-house quality specifications and at the lowest possible cost.
It combines on-site operational expertise and on-line scheduling and recordkeeping to deliver staff and services on-time and on-spec, freeing client balance sheets of excess overhead for staff payrolls amid the vagaries of bookings and occupancy rates.
Management Assistants
We utilize a team of qualified Management Assistants who prepare, distribute and monitor weekly schedules. Staffer Hospitality Management Assistants recruit, orient and train Shift Coordinators and workers to client service-quality standards and liaise with client managers on evaluation of workers and service benchmarks. All Staffer Hospitality Management Assistants possess international experience in high quality hospitality and/or food and beverage establishments in Canada, England, Germany, Greece and Poland and are available to liaise with client management. Staffer Hospitality Shift Coordinators are on-site during each shift to ensure shifts are filled, workers are properly turned out and services are delivered to client benchmarks.
Online Staffing & Scheduling Platform
Our custom-built on-line platform supports on-site staff and offers a window of transparency on staffing levels and service delivery to client management. Using the Staffer Hospitality Scheduling Tool, Management Assistants are able to screen workers based on training standards and job performance, ensuring that the services received by hotel guests conform to company specifications. Client managers can access this same information to tailor schedules and staff levels to bookings and occupancy rates, to provide their own evaluations and measures, and to gain an up-to-the-minute picture of departmental labor costs.
Fee System
Staffer Hospitality offers a flexible system of fees based upon system usage and client requirements. We bill for workers on hourly, monthly and annual rates. Fees are based on personnel qualifications (general and to specific hotel operational standards), management presence and activity, and include all payroll costs for social insurance.
