Three Level Training and Development System
Staffer’s uniquely designed, research based, three tier training and development plan is linked with on the job performance, management feedback and wage levels.
Its the only system of its kind that directly links skill and competency development with compensation and promotions.
Level One
All new workers start at Level One and after orientation and formal training in the Staffer Online System and the specific standards of the establishment(s) to which they will be assigned, they are activated in the system and given access to the shift registration.
Level Two
After a certain number of work hours worked and feedback from on site supervisors activated workers are given access to more advanced training which makes them eligible for a Level Two certification. Level Two workers are certified in Food service, including banquet, buffet and tray service.
They have excellent customer service skills and know how to deal with the unexpected.
Level Three
Level Three workers are certified to be fully competent to provide a high level of food and beverage service quality, including buffet, banquet, tray and bar service. They have excellent wine service skills and are capable of training others. They are capable of supervising small teams and assessing the work of other team members.
